I've been enjoying this sampler during an especially long fall cold. The mixes are mild, which I like, and soothing through headache and congestion. I use them in a waterless diffuser.

I get nauseous after wearing my mask for a while. Inhaling what I am supposed to exhale starts to make me dizzy, so I add a few drops of these essential oils in my mask to wake me up – it brightens the moment a bit.
