My experience matches the description on the product. I use this after a workout to prevent muscle soreness the next day. It has a mild muscle relaxing quality similar to a CBD salve that I use, but overall it works better for sore muscles. For injuries, I prefer the Snow Lotus "Muscle Liniment" and for cramps and spasms I use the more relaxing "Muscle Relax". It's easy to apply, non greasy, and absorbs fairly quickly, although it's a little sticky until it's fully absorbed. It has a light aroma which dissipates quickly, unlike most liniments.
