HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A SEMINAR OR WORKSHOP?
Preregistration is required. To register by credit card, call 800 682-8827 or register online by purchasing via the listing for the seminar you wish to attend.
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
Snow Lotus Seminars offers an early-bird special on every seminar or workshop, and a buddy discount on many of them. Please see the listing in question for exact details.
Practitioner and Wholesale account discounts apply only to purchases of Snow Lotus Aromatherapy products, and may not be applied to seminars and workshops.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Please print out and bring your letter confirming your registration to the seminar, as it serves as proof of registration.
It is recommended that you bring drinks, snacks, pens, highlighters and a notebook.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wearing loose, layered clothing is best, as the seminars and workshops are usually hands-on and room temperatures can fluctuate.
CEU CERTIFICATIONS AND VERIFICATIONS
If you a need a certificate of completion for CA CEUs or NCCAOM PDAs, please make sure that your number is submitted correctly on the sign-in sheet. Please note that certificates are issued either at the end of the 2nd day of the seminar or by mail within a week after the seminar. Should you require a re-issue of a certificate after one month past a seminar, a $20 processing fee will be required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than the date specified on the class listing. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Sorry, but no refunds can be processed after the date specified.
WHERE CAN I GET INFORMATION ON HOTELS AND OTHER ACCOMODATIONS?
Unfortunately, we don't usually have the inside scoop on accomodation in the area unless the seminar is actually held at a hotel. We will post and share information when available. Websites like hotels.com and tripadvisor.com can be helpful to find suitable hotels, while other sites such as vrbo.com and airbnb.com offer various other lodgings for overnight stays.
WILL SNOW LOTUS ESSENTIAL OILS AND BOOKS BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE SEMINAR?
Please note that the sale of Snow Lotus Aromatherapy products are made available at the seminar as a courtesy. While discussion of essential oils, topical products, etc., are an important aspect of most seminars, the sale of products is not the purpose or focus of the seminar.
If you are interested in purchasing Snow Lotus products at the seminar, there are two ways to do so:
Cash & Carry: Receive a 15% Practitioner discount when purchasing oils at the seminar. Selection is limited to availability on hand.
Place a Practitioner order: You can place an order for any items not available via Cash & Carry, and they will be charged and shipped directly to you within five working days. You will still receive the 15% practitioner discount, and no minimums for orders and reorders are required.
Alternatively, you may open a Wholesale account if you qualify. Please note that no Wholesale accounts can be opened at the seminar itself. If you are interested in opening a Wholesale account, please notify the Snow Lotus office via email at info@snowlotus.org, and we will email the Wholesale information to you. Wholesale accounts require an opening-order minimum of $250 and a reorder minimum of $100, and all Wholesale accounts require a resale license or tax ID. Please note that any orders placed with a Practitioner discount cannot be retroactively applied to a Wholesale account.
