Although these are not recommended for internal use limonene was recommended by a Doctor for health concerns. Helping to modulate inflammation and digestive issues and poor fat assimilation. Don't know if it works yet, but it tastes better than the pure limonene I was buying and I like that it is certified organic. I would give it a 5 star if I see the same good results as the pure limonene which seemed to eliminate dandruff then I would respond with 5 stars.
