I use oils in a waterless diffuser and this is absolutely lovely! It was my first time trying the Cinnamon Bark, so I thought it could be too strong, but no, the quality of the scent is clean, fresh and just beautiful.
I bought this at the suggestion of an acupuncturist to help with my dad's left body numbness that he got from his stroke. I tried it once yesterday and he said he doesn't feel numb afterward. I definitely believe him because my hand was burning (strong warm tingling/ moving sensation, not painful, just my nerves were awake that's all) from the spiciness for about 3 hours. I highly recommend this product! Will keep on reapplying on my dad.
