Used it on my foot and ankle worked pretty good, it wasn't as stiff anymore.
I've used muscle rubs for a long time for chronic pain, and this is my favorite. I keep one in my bag, at work and by my bedside.
This Product is such a Blessing....The Smell is wonderful and Calming. I use this when I have to work , when my neck starts to burn I roll this on the back of my neck and it starts to ease up almost as soon as it touches my skin. With my fibromyalgia I get a lot of spasms in my ribs, boy does this help....Thank you so much snowlotus
