Using Essential Oils in Chinese Medicine
with Peter Holmes L.Ac., M.H., A.H.G.
15 hours of California and NCCAOM CEU credits

Seminar Testimonials
About the Instructor

Genuine essential oils can add a powerful new dimension to a Chinese medicine practice. They are proving invaluable in sticky and complex conditions, where they can create amazing shifts in treatment outcome. Essential oils have shown empirically to enhance both the physiological and psychological actions of acupuncture points. Like points, essential oils are largely electromagnetic by nature and are governed by the laws of Qi flow. Without creating an additional burden to the digestive system, they are readily absorbed into the bloodstream and able to cause significant physiological changes. By deeply modulating neuroendocrine functions, they can also create profound psychological changes.

This seminar will present the essential practical information needed to start incorporating oils in the clinic. It is suitable for acupuncturists, shiatsu therapists, massage therapists and anyone using or studying Chinese medicine for clinical practice.

15 Florida CEU units pending; 14 NCCAOM CEU credits will be available to licensed acupuncturists upon completion.
